Saturday Surcharge
Please note a 5% Saturday Surcharge is applied in Spa when checking out for any appointments taking place on a Saturday. We appreciate your understanding in relation to this surcharge.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers

The original Gift Voucher / Certificate must be presented at the time of checkout inorder to redeem.

The voucher must be within the validation period.

Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash.

All Gift Vouchers / Certificates have 3 years expiry unless it is a Promotional Gift Voucher which has an alternate expiry as per promotion.

Gift Vouchers / Certificates can not be replaced if lost or stolen

Gift Vouchers / Certificates used on a Saturday will incur a surcharge.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations and no shows have a big impact on small business. Cancellations and no shows are not just a loss to the client who cancelled, but a loss to a client who could have used this time, a loss to the therapist who was fully prepared for the treatment and a loss to the business.
Oasis Skin and Body Spa requires each client to pay a 50% booking fee when booking any appointment. We ask to please be considerate of others and provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can fill this time
We understand that schedules can change and adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice.
For cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be forfeited and non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, 100% of the appointment is required to be paid. The 50% booking fee will be forfeited, additionally, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of the appointment cost, as 100% of the service fee is due.
However in the case you do need to cancel & 24 hours’ notice has been provided your booking fee will stay on your file as a credit.
Membership and Package Services:
Clients who are on a membership or have purchased a service package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If a cancellation, rescheduling request, or no-show occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, one treatment from your package will be forfeited.
If there has been no booking fee taken for the service and there has been less than 24 hours’ notice provided to cancel / reschedule, we require 50% of the service cost to be paid or charged to the Credit Card on file.
If in the same instance, no booking fee was taken and this is a ‘no show’ 100% of the total service is required to be paid or charged to the Credit Card on file.

Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for incorrect colour or product choices.
1. Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original state.
2. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
3. Refund or Exchange Options: An exchange for damaged items may be available if the fault is not that of the purchaser or a full refund available if in original state.
4. Receipt Requirement:Proof of purchase is needed to process the return, this is recorded on our system.
5. Exceptions: Sale items, opened or items damaged by purchasers can not be returned.
